Video: Journey to Murcia

A couple weeks ago I created a short video about my experience arriving to Murcia. Due to inconsistent Internet access, however, I haven't been able to upload it. But I finally received wireless Internet yesterday, so hopefully Spanish technology will be kind to me for once and allow me to upload this video for you.

You'll have to forgive a few things in the video:

1. The content. I've been here so long I feel that a story about my arrival is irrelevant. But hey, I'm in Spain. It's permissible to be 2 weeks late.

2. My unsteady hand. I hope the shaky scenes don't make anyone ill.

3. The watermark in the top left-hand corner in some scenes. I used a free video convertor for some scenes, but it's only free because it leaves a huge logo in all of the shots. If anyone knows of a good video convertor for a cheapskate like me, please let me know.

Tip: Go to the VERY bottom of this page and pause the music (in the grayish, white box) before you view the video.

And now, for your viewing pleasure:

1. I'm glad you had cute shoes for all that leg work! :)
2. Your video making skills are superb. I feel like you may have done this before.. maybe for school assignments!? ;)
3. I love the FUTBOL out your window!!!
4. That's one of my favorite songs!
5. When am I making a similar journey? (minus the leg work and visa)

What an insightful peak into your preparation and journey to Murcia. Here I was around for much of it and had no clue what and why you were filming. Taping your footsteps? I thought you were crazy. Yet, you envisioned the final product all along. I'm so proud of you..
I love you! Dad

I now know the correct way to say Murcia. And love the family. I miss you all.

What a neat video, I noticed that I had a smile on my face the entire time I was watching it. Loved the family goodbyes and Jeff's alter egos...never knew that side of him. Great getting to see where you are, also! Have fun!
P.S. Love your music.
